You can Co-Locate with Avensys

At our POPs in Sheffield, Manchester and London you can rent space for your servers and other computing hardware in our data centre facilities, giving you access to our high speed, resilient network.

Facilities vary depending on location, but all of our POPs are within controlled access facilities. All sites have efficient power, cooling and redundancy/back-up systems. In our Sheffield facility you can go green and choose to take power from our environmentally friendly energy provider Good Energy.

What’s included?

• Multiple redundant diverse Internet connectivity - e.g. customers are connected to two routers via a Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol.
• Power backup with UPS and diesel generator.
• 24x7 network monitoring and customer support with a dedicated out of hours contact number.
• Bandwidth usage statistics provided via MRTG graphs with your own dedicated login.
• 24x7 access to your hardware.
• Remote hands/Intelligent hands available at Sheffield and staffed data centres.
• Offsite co-location can be provided, to give geographical diversity as part of your disaster recovery planning.
